Marangoni wins the 2012 Italian and European Hill Climb championships
Thursday, October 25, 2012

Last weekend saw the final stage in the 2012 Italian Hill Climb Championships, with Florence driver Simone Faggioli triumphing once again. This is Faggioli’s eighth national title, and the fifth won on an Osella car fitted with Marangoni Zeta Linea Racing tyres.
The winning team of Faggioli, Osella and Marangoni has further consolidated its winning ways, taking the double of the Italian and European Hill Climb championships for the third year running.
Marangoni is extremely satisfied with the result, validating its decision to commit to motor sport and hill climbing in particular, due to the successes achieved over the years but above all because this experience has proven fundamental for acquiring know-how on tyre behaviour in extreme conditions and transferring this directly to the production process. This allows the company to move the borders of technological perfection and performance even further forwards, providing a wealth of precious knowledge for the development of the Marangoni tyre range.
